These Fees encompass course fees and any related charges. As a user, it is important for you to acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1 - User Responsibility for Timely Payment:  You, the User, are solely responsible for ensuring the timely payment of all Fees. It is imperative that you make these payments well in advance of the specified deadline set by NEXGEN EDUCATION, the parent organization of Nexgened.in.

2 - Nature of Payment Services:  The online payment service provided by NEXGEN EDUCATION through Nexgened.in is not to be considered a banking or financial service. Instead, it serves as a facilitator for convenient payments, referred to as the “Payment Gateway Service Provider.” This service enables online payments, the collection of funds, and their transfer for transactions conducted on NEXGEN EDUCATION’s platform, utilizing established authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment networks. It is crucial to note that NEXGEN EDUCATION does not act as a trustee or in a fiduciary capacity with regard to User payments for services on the website.

3 - Payment Processing Time:  Users should be aware that payments made through the Payment Gateway Service Provider may take a minimum of one to two (1-2) working days to be processed effectively. Any payments made by Users through this service are done at their own risk, and NEXGEN EDUCATION will not be held responsible for any failures or delays in processing such payments.

4 - Liability for Payment Methods:  When utilizing any of the payment methods available on the website, NEXGEN EDUCATION assumes no liability for any loss or damage suffered by Users directly or indirectly due to the following:

  • Unauthorized Transactions: Dealing with instances of unauthorized transactions, where funds are deducted without the account holder’s consent or knowledge, can be a significant concern. These situations necessitate prompt action to investigate and resolve the issue, including verifying the legitimacy of the transaction and, if necessary, initiating the process for refunding the unauthorized charges.
  • Payment-Related Challenges Stemming from Transactions: Transactions can sometimes give rise to various payment-related issues that require attention. These problems may encompass discrepancies in the payment amount, failed or incomplete payments, or issues with the payment method itself. Addressing these challenges involves examining the transaction details, rectifying any errors, and ensuring that the payment is processed correctly.
  • Transaction Rejection for Various Reasons: Transactions may be declined or rejected for a multitude of reasons, such as insufficient funds, security concerns, or technical glitches. It is essential to diagnose the cause of the rejection and take appropriate action, whether it involves addressing the underlying issue, reattempting the transaction, or exploring alternative payment methods to complete the intended transaction.

5- Exemption from Losses or Damages: NEXGEN EDUCATION shall not be held accountable for any losses or damages incurred by Users as a result of any failures, delays, or interruptions caused by the Payment Gateway Service Provider. This includes, but is not limited to, partial or total failures of network terminals, data processing systems, computer tele-transmission, telecommunications systems, or other circumstances solely within the control of the Payment Gateway Service Provider.

6- Refund Requests for Delayed Payments: In the event that NEXGEN EDUCATION rejects services due to delayed payments by the User, you must submit a written request to NEXGEN EDUCATION, along with a payment receipt confirming the payment for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled Course(s). After verifying such payment receipt, NEXGEN EDUCATION will consider the request for a refund of payments in accordance with the company’s internal refund policies, which are published on its website.

7- Complaint Handling: Any complaints raised by Users regarding the Payment Gateway Service Provider will be addressed by the Service Provider in accordance with its internal policies and rules.

It is essential that you carefully read and understand these terms related to Fees and payments when using NEXGEN EDUCATION and Nexgened.in. Your use of these services implies your consent and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
